Return Policy

Items are guaranteed to be as described. For other returns: Items returned after 10 days or without authorization are subject to a 6% return fee. No credit/refund will be given after 50 days. S/H is non refundable.

Insurance Claims: Each item is (1)shipped in the condition stated, (2)insured with carrier, and (3)issued a tracking number. Any claims relating to damage or loss by carrier must be pursued with that carrier within 7 days. I will promptly file any needed information to assist you. Items are insured for the greater of retail or bid price.

Samples:

If you would like to order a single sample shade, your S/H will be $3.80. The shade can be returned for the original purchase price (not original s/h). We recommend that buyers order samples for highly specific color decorating themes. This will reduce your overall cost in the event of a return. We do not offer free samples.

Fabric: Fabric is available for only a few styles (noted on the site).

Shade Type & Use

Quality: Our shade styles are premium quality imports--as found in specialty stores for $20 and up per shade. Many of our customers purchase for resell.

Attaching Mechanism: All of the shades are clip-on type mini shades. The shades work best with trimline chandelier bulbs. The attached bulb-clip attached directly to a chandelier type bulb.

Size: With few exceptions, our shades are sized 3"TOP x 5"BOTTOM X 4.75HEIGHT. After researching several fixtures, we found that 3x5x4.75h. size was appropriate for 80% or more applications.

Wattage: The maximum wattage for a 3x5x4 shade is 25Watts. We offer an excellent long life trim line Westinghouse Bulb which works perfectly with our shades.

Design: Unless specified as "Hardback", all of our shades are round bell shape and are lined with a poly-blend micro liner (common on most lined shades).  Make-up of most solid shades is a poly-silk blend (commonly referred to as a "silk shade").

Shipping Carrier: Items ship daily via FedEx Ground from Memphis, Tennessee to US addresses only. NO local pick-ups are permitted. If you require faster shipment, please contact me for rates. We use either USPS or FedEx, at our option. If you REQUIRE either, plese let us know. FedEx to AK & HI requires an additional fee. USPS to AK & HI does not.

Tracking: Your tracking number will be sent via email to you upon shipment.

Combining Orders: [For Auctions Only]  When possible, I will combine your purchases (if the items are not too large or fragile). S/H will always include the largest stated s/h price of the combined items + an additional fee for the added weights of the combined items. Our S/H costs are reasonable but not below our own S/H costs.

Special Orders: We can help you with custom shade orders (minimum purchase of 300 pieces).

Specific Requests: All of our styles are listed.  However, please let us know the style that you "just can't find anywhere".  We consider these emails and remarks when designing new styles.
